Having oscillated from a size 0 to a 16 herself, Osbourne’s new line offers sizes 0 to 24 and debuts on HSN September 25th. Most fabrics in the 13 piece range incorporate lots of stretch; expect to see pencil skirts, moto jackets trimmed in faux leather, and polka-dot jumpsuits. (WWD)
